J.C. Sanchez-Lozano is a researcher and consultant in Educational Technology. He is also a Flash developer and instructor. After working for a leading international consulting firm, he decided to apply his experience in the software and aerospace fields to training. His professional and academic interests focus on the role of digital environments in the acquisition of advanced competencies normally required in professional settings. Combining research on educational technology, cognitive science and information visualization, he is currently in the process of incorporating these elements into a game for software skills acquisition. He is also writing various articles to share the results of his doctoral research with practitioners in different areas.
